Hulk Hogan News: Terry Gene Bollea better known worldwide as Hulk Hogan passed away on July 24, 2025, at the age of 71 following a sudden cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater Florida. Emergency services were called at 9:51 a.m. and though he was rushed to Morton Plant Hospital he was later pronounced dead. No foul play is suspected.

Born on August 11, 1953, in Augusta Georgia Hogan began his professional wrestling career in the late 1970s. By 1983, his charismatic “All-American” large-muscle persona had catapulted him to fame and he became the face of the WWE during the golden era of Hulkamania. With catchphrases like “Whatcha gonna do brother” and his signature red and yellow look Hogan helped transform wrestling into mainstream entertainment. He starred in landmark events including the first WrestleMania and headlined many more.
